Charm Necklace FAQs
How Many Charms Charms should I get?
This depends on the chain you choose. For the traditional Link Chain option, we recommend 1-9 charms. An odd number is best for layout. For the Snake Chain option, we recommend 1-7 charms, and these charms will be separated by silver plated filigree spacer beads to make sure your charms won't clump together. The Beaded Necklace option with the mariner clasp is an excellent option for highlighting 1-3 charms.
What's the difference between a Pendant and a Charm?
Pendants are larger, and are best used as the focal point of your charm necklace, surrounded by smaller charms. You can also choose a pendant alone, for a stand-alone pendant necklace.
What order will my charms be placed in, in my necklace?
We will assemble your charms in the most pleasing layout for you! If you'd like to determine the order of your charms yourself, just choose the "Add a note" option in your cart and let us know your preferred order, from left to right.
What size are the charms?
We've taken care that the photos in the Charm Bar represent the difference between sizes. Pendants are larger, and if we note "small" that means the charm is less a half-inch in size. What if I don't like my charm necklace?
At Leila & Luna, we always want you to be satisfied with your jewelry! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us and we will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs. Email us at leilaandlunadesigns@gmail.com and we will send you return insructions. Return shipping costs are not covered.
